KeyWay annouces 2 new bidding opportunities. Flagstone Independent Living Addition, an expansion to a senior living development in the Dalles, is a 17-unit apartment building. The McLoughlin Memory Care building is a 1-story, 24-unit Alzheimers care facility in Oregon City. Plans for both projects are available in the KeyWay office in Tigard, OR. Riverview Place has broken ground. Earthwork started in early October, however building permits are not yet available. In the interest of executing the dirt work before the rains come, we have performed the majority of the mass excavation. Bidding and subcontract awards will be placed on hold until the permits have been approved, which is anticipated around January 1st. We are currently gearing up two large renovation projects for Tandem Property Management: Cedar Mill Crossing and Hawthorn Village Apartments.
