Project Abstract: A fairly straightforward T.I., this office/warehouse build-out houses the manufacturing operations of Speedy Moto, manufacturers of a variety of motorcycle parts. The program for the space required a great deal of electrical work, to provide adequate backbone for several CNC machines, and other fabrication equipment. This project was constructed within the core-and-shell structures at Airport Way Commons.
