Project Abstract: A tax-credit project, this was our first opportunity to construct a project for Cascade Housing Group, LLC. The project is an affordable housing development, with mandatory wage rates and accounting practices. KeyWay Corp successfully completed the project, earning future work with the developers, with whom we have since contracted for the Riverview Place Apartments in Albany, to be completed in 2008.
