Project Abstract: The Wild Bill’s office and warehouse is an interior build-out of a large portion of the Airport Way Commons warehouse buildings. The program for the Wild Bill’s space included a wood-framed mezzanine, 7,000 square feet of office space plus a 15,000 square foot warehouse, which included an internal loading dock, fabrication shop, and storage mezzanine. On the exterior, the owner specified the addition of a large exterior balcony at the mezzanine level.

Project Challenges: This build-out was an aggressive and calculated move by Wild Bill’s to create an office space which would also be a venue for corporate events. The project included thorough value engineering and a high level of management involvement.
