Brian Frank founded KeyWay Corp. in 1998 and remains Owner and President; applying over 25 years of experience in general contracting, construction management and property management of large scale multifamily apartment projects, condominiums, motels, re-siding, repair work, remodeling and custom homes throughout several western states. 1998 to Present Founder, Co-Owner and President of KeyWay Corp. Brian oversees all operations of the general contracting and construction management activities of the company; including the bidding, estimating, presentation and execution of large scale multifamily apartment projects, condominiums, smaller commercial projects, tenant improvements and miscellaneous repair and remodeling projects. 1982 to 1997 Vice President of Keyway National Corporation. Project development, project management, general contracting and construction management for new construction of large scale multifamily apartment projects (thousands of units), motels and single family residences in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California. 1980 to 1982 Area Manager for CTL Property Management. Responsible for income management and all operations of over 1400 multifamily apartment units in Washington State. 1977 to 1980 Construction Superintendent for the Robert Randall Company.
