Kent Krafve joined KeyWay Corp. in March 2003 as a Principal and brings over 20 years of experience in general contracting, construction management and development of multifamily apartments, condominiums, tilt-up concrete, tenant improvements, single family residential and a variety of smaller commercial projects. Kent strengthens an existing solid core of project types and clients and broadens the company’s construction product base. 2003 to Present Principal in KeyWay Corp. Business development, contract & construction administration, cost control, bidding, estimating, presentation and project management. 1996 to 2003 V.P. / General Manager of Aspen West Contractors. Co-founder of a commercial general contracting subsidiary. Revenues exceeded $20mm in 3-1/2 years building up to $15mm for 2003. Projects included apartments, flex office space, tenant improvements and miscellaneous work. Sr. Project Mgr. for Pacific Realty Ventures. Construction Manager for the commercial development subsidiary; projects included apartments, flex office space & tenant improvements, re-siding, and the completion of a 48 unit single family residential development. 1985 to 1996 Project Manager for Mega Pacific Co. Commercial general contractor; responsible for overall project coordination (estimating, administration, cost control, close-out, etc.) of a wide range of projects including warehouses, retail buildings, office buildings, tenant improvements, remodels and apartments. 1980 to 1985 Project Manager for PCL Construction Ltd. Coordinator for a shopping mall core & shell with tenant improvements following; project manager for miscellaneous commercial projects and tenant improvements in Alberta, Kentucky and Colorado. 1977 to 1980 University of Oregon; Eugene, Oregon; Bachelor of Science (June 1980) in Business Finance’s Business & Construction.
