Mike Wolfe joined KeyWay Corp. in 2002 as Superintendent for a large scale multifamily apartment project with over 20 years of hands-on, diversified construction experience. 2002 to Present Superintendent for KeyWay Corp. Projects include Aspen Highlands (multifamily; 222 units); Lodges at Lake Salish (multifamily; 203 units); Oak Tree 2 Apts. (multifamily; 108 units); Foxborough Apts. re-siding and deck replacement (multifamily; 140 units) and Hawks Ridge Apartments (multifamily; 228 units). 2000 to 2002 Owner of Prodigy Construction Inc. General contractor for new construction of large custom homes; remodels of older vintage homes; small commercial projects. One feature project included the new construction of the 25,000 sf residence (and a later remodel) for celebrity Larry King of CNN. 1995 to 2000 Owner of Northwest Remodeling Inc. Residential and commercial remodeling and additions; tenant improvements; kitchens, bathrooms, ceramic tile, granite and marble, prefinished hardwood floors, etc. Subcontractor in large new home subdivisions. Mike’s work was published in Better Homes & Gardens three different times. 1991 to 1995 Owner of Lone Wolfe Enterprises. Residential remodeling kitchens and bathrooms including ceramic tile, stone and hardwood flooring. Subcontractor in new home subdivisions. 1983 to 1991 Interior / Exterior Specialist, Union Local 2154 (Journeyman; with three year apprenticeship), for Performance Contracting Inc., Cascade Acoustics and Calista Construction. Tenant improvements, metal stud framing, wall layouts, drywall, thinwall blue board, computer clean room construction, crew foreman.
