Paul Nickerson joined KeyWay Corp. in 2006, coming on as project estimator, coordinating the bidding of new construction projects. 2006 to Present Project Estimator, KeyWay Corp. Paul solicits bids, generates General Contract proposals, and tracks project costs for a wide range of construction projects, including apartments, condos, tilt-up warehouses, office buildings, and T.I. build-outs. Paul also serves as company webmaster and develops much of the marketing materials. 2004 to 2006 Planning Manager at JLS Custom Homes. Departmental management of home design, engineering, and permitting operations for large-scale multifamily townhome projects and single family residences in Oregon and Washington. 2004 Intern Project Engineer for Skanska, USA.
