The Camas Ridge Apartments is our 3rd project with the Vancouver Housing Authority. The Project achieved Environmental Certification through the Evergreen Sustainability Development Standard.


The Project was initiated with a public competitive bid; although KeyWay Corp. was the successful bidder, the Owner’s budget required significant value engineering to make the Project viable. As always, our vast experience in market and affordable housing was invaluable in refining the Project to meet the Owner’s goals.


As with most public projects, a performance bond was required, as was apprenticeship participation and prevailing wages.
