CANNERY ROW APARTMENTS

Sherwood, OR

The Cannery Row Project is a two-building “mirror image” layout adjacent to the fast-growing downtown area of Sherwood.  As upscale apartment buildings, the Project includes many of the amenities one would expect, including elevators, trash chutes, high-end lobby spaces, granite countertops and “Juliet” railings.  KeyWay played a vital role in cost reduction by value engineering a precast concrete 2nd floor framing system to efficiently facilitate the tuck-under, grade level parking.
