1991 to 2007:
Ryan has worked for many of the well-known general and specialty contractors in the area; including Rogers Construction, Mega Pacific, Yorke & Curtis, The Dick Group of Companies, Andersen Construction, Aspen West Contractors, Van Lom Concrete, Denali Construction, 2 Sound Construction. He has performed a variety of work at every level in the industry; including laborer, concrete form carpenter, cement finisher, rough framing carpentry, cabinet installer, finish carpentry, lead man, foreman, rough trades superintendent and assistant superintendent – developing his all-around, multiple skills. Project types include concrete foundations, flatwork & tilt-ups; finished office build-outs; property maintenance; demolition; single, multifamily and senior housing; commercial, retail and civic.
Ryan Kawamoto joined the field crew of KeyWay Corp. in 2007 as a framing & concrete carpenter, foreman and assistant Superintendent, providing a wide range of multi-skilled, hands-on field experience in light commercial, multifamily apartments, senior living facilities in new, remodel & additions construction; including tilt-up warehouses/manufacturing facilities and tenant improvements. Ryan has since been promoted to Assistant Superintendent.
