THE LODGES AT
LAKE SALISH
Fairview, Oregon
The Lodges at Lake Salish Project is an upscale “market” apartment project, built in a picturesque setting adjacent to the man-made Lake Salish – a former rock quarry. The buildings’ structure is 3 stories of wood framing on concrete slabs on grade with asphalt composition roofing. The “Lodges” design features include massive 16” square columns of solid timber with functionally decorative iron collar ties framing a grand entrance to each of the stairwells. Units feature fireplaces (electric) with mantels and kitchen islands. Streetside units include sound mitigating windows. Amenities include a grand Clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, garages, carports and a winding gravel path along the Lake.
