TRAVERTINE

CONDIMONIUMS

Hillsboro, Oregon

The Travertine Condominium project is a 69-unit development near the Hillsboro airport.  Constructed as 2-story and 3-story rowhomes, these attractive, upscale homes overlook an adjacent wetlands, necessitating environmental sensitivity during construction.  KeyWay worked diligently with the Owner to provide extensive cost alternates options for multiple high end finish options; including contemporary cabinetry, granite countertops, wood flooring, millwork, doors and hardware, painting schemes, bath accessories, and upgraded plumbing and light fixtures.  These fine homes also feature central heating & air conditioning, decorative iron balcony railings and private garages.
